He Mea `Ōko`a
He: An indefinite article indicating possession
Mea: “Something”
`Ōko`a: “Different”

I just wanted to do something different this time around. I’m a big fan of the stars. Ancient Hawaiians were and, in many ways, still are. My imagination definitely involves creatures able to live in the depth of space. I believe in worlds beyond our comprehension, and I would absolutely love to be a part of the exploration into those worlds. But I’ll just sit here and be grateful for, as Carl Sagan puts it, “the pale blue dot.” I’ve been playing with yellows a little bit. I thoroughly enjoy how yellows and blues as well as shades of those colors make for some absolutely beautiful glow.
